HOUSING BENEFIT REFORM APRIL 2011

As a part of the Housing Benefit reform from April 2011 the document below shows the effect on LHA rates when the rates are based on a lower percentile than at present. Instead of being the 'average' rent for an area it will be based on rents at a lower level.
