Deposit

Application Form
Prospective tenants will be asked to complete an application form prior to references being taken. Those on housing benefits need not apply.
Administration Costs
The lead tenant will be charged £100 and any joint tenant will be charged £50 towards administration costs, which will not be refunded if the proposed tenant withdraws before the start of the tenancy. Each tenant must complete an application form, which will be used to carry out a credit check.
Inventory and Record of Condition
An inventory and record of condition (IRC) will be taken prior to the commencement of the tenancy and agreed with the tenant. A further IRC will be taken at termination. The cost of each will be £100. The tenant will pay the incoming IRC and the landlord the outgoing IRC.
