Apply to become a director
Join the ELA Board of Directors
The Eastern Landlords Association (ELA) is always open to applications from members (who have held membership for a minimum of one full year) who are interested in joining its Board of Directors.
This is a voluntary role and offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction and governance of the Association, helping to support and represent landlords across England.
Board members are expected to attend one board meeting per month, with a minimum commitment of six meetings per year. In addition, board members are actively involved in one or more committees, supporting specific areas of the Association’s work and contributing to ongoing projects and decision-making.
The Association is currently seeking to appoint a Treasurer. Members with experience in accounting, finance or bookkeeping are particularly encouraged to apply, as these skills would be a significant asset to both the Board and the wider Association.
Members who would like to apply, or who wish to find out more about the role and the application process, are invited to contact the ELA office for further information. Anyone interested in discussing the role informally is also very welcome to get in touch.
