  • Room Sizes, if known. Individual room fixtures & fittings.

  • Ideal tenant profile, according to property specification e.g. not suitable for pets, smokers etc.​

  • Rent required, together with Deposit (capped at maximum of 5 weeks' rent).

  • Description (blurb) – all the plus points about the property; it's location, notable landmarks, transport links & amenities.

  • Is there a feature e.g. a fireplace, wooden floors etc? 

  • Extras - e.g. white goods and/or cooker?

  • Is there parking - in a garage, off-road, or on the street?

  • Is there a garden, lawn, or a shed?

  • Anything else you think relevant to your property...
