Great news for Eastern Landlords Association (ELA) members
We’ve teamed up with One Broker who have offices in Norwich, Cambridge, Colchester and Diss. One Broker are part of the Jensten Group who are one of the Largest Independent Insurance Brokers in the UK.
Their Landlord department is based in the Cambridge office and only deal with Lettings Related Insurance, in addition to this they have Personal Lines and Commercial Departments so are able to assist clients with other insurance if needed.
With all the changes within the Lettings Industry from the 01/05/2026 we feel it is important that landlords have all the insurance advice you can and One Broker are more than happy to discuss your insurance with you and they offer a no obligation quotation service and can offer the following products:
Legal Expenses & Rent Guarantee
Legal Expenses Only
Property Owners – Buildings and or Contents
Pet Damage Cover for Landlords (subject to insuring the property with them)
Landlord Home Emergency
Overseas Landlords
HMO’s and many more.
As a member of the ELA you will be entitled to a reduced cost on you Legal Expenses and Rent Guarantee Policy. Simply provide them with your ELA membership number which they will confirm with us to receive the £20.00 reduction off the normal price.
As we are not insurance brokers and therefore not regulated to deal or discuss insurance but please do feel free to contact One Broker on your designated ELA Member email address and direct line below where Rob, Joanna and Hannah will be able to assist you:
01223 792298
Their office hours are 09.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday.
One Broker will also be one of our main Sponsors at our ‘Biggest East Anglia Property Expo to date’ and One Broker’s Account Director, Rob Mills will be on stage to explain how the Legal Expenses and Rent Guarantee can help you protect your rental income if a tenant defaults or breaches the agreement. They will also have a stand so you can pop along and have a chat with Rob and Hannah on the day – more details will follow on this in a future blog.
