"End of Year" Message From Us to You!

Much like the current market, we are evolving too.  We are excited to end this year knowing that the new year brings with it change, challenge but also some hope and optimism.

Eastern Landlords Association will continue to support our members, you, in all your landlord needs.

The membership grows with those who join us, whether they have become ‘accidental landlords’, those with portfolio growth, and some who unfortunately just need guidance through tricky tenant situations.  We can help with all these needs, and with our friendly, approachable and helpful team, ELA can support and guide in all such areas.  Through strong partnerships including Fosters Solicitors, Lovewell Blake Accountancy and Drayton Insurance to name a few, we are able to provide you with peace of mind through all your enquiries and needs.

We are making some improvements in the office and will be keen to share these with you over the forthcoming weeks, and indeed, will welcome you to pop in and visit us once everything is completed.  We sincerely recognise the importance of wellbeing during these stressful times and want all members to know they are welcome to call us or stop by the office, even if it is just for a quick hello or coffee when you are passing.   We pride ourselves on the warm, friendly, accessible team we have in the Norwich office, all who are keen to help and assist with any of your needs.

In January next year we will launch our monthly digital newsletter which we hope you will enjoy reading regularly, as this will replace the quarterly magazine, providing a more frequent, concise and personalised appeal.

In the early part of 2025, the ELA will be attending the Safe Suffolk Renters events in February and more details will follow nearer the time, although booking is required, and spaces are limited.  The AGM and Expo will be on Friday 16th May 2025 at Wensum Valley and again, more information will be issued to members early next year.

Eastern Landlords Association is an incredibly established membership Association with a heritage of over 30 years, passionate to support a healthy landlord and tenant community.  We will continue to maintain those healthy connections already in place with housing associations, local councils and other partnerships but also forge new ones as we progress into next year.

The office will be closing between Christmas and New Year and we hope you all have a happy and healthy holiday period.
