Fosters Legal Surgery Wednesday 8th April 2026

A reminder that one of the great benefits for members of ELA is access to a free 15-minute slot at our legal surgery with Fosters Solicitors.

Some of the interesting topics our members have raised with Fosters over the last few months are concerns such as; queries around damage deposits, specific access queries to their properties where neighbours have caused difficulties, tenants threatening legal action due to repairs and the handing over of keys unlawfully.  Other issues have been answered including responsibilities around flying freehold and commercial Airbnb use.
