TradePoint is B&Q’s dedicated trade division, created specifically to support professional tradespeople. For over 13 years, TradePoint has helped builders, landlords, contractors, and property professionals source materials quickly, easily, and reliably.

With a presence in all 300+ B&Q stores across the UK, TradePoint is designed around the needs of busy professionals. In larger B&Q warehouses, TradePoint operates from dedicated trade counters with separate entrances and exits, making it quicker to get in, get what you need, and get back on site. In smaller stores, clearly signposted TradePoint areas ensure easy access to trade products and services.

With over 50,000 products available nationwide, TradePoint truly offers a one‑stop shop for trade customers.

Exclusive ELA TradePoint Benefits – Save 10% Every Time

Through the ELA–TradePoint partnership, ELA members benefit from a fixed 10% discount across the entire B&Q TradePoint network, with no minimum spend.

That means:

10% off every purchase, whether it’s a single item or a large order
The discount applies on top of existing promotions, including 4‑for‑3, 3‑for‑2, and seasonal offers
Guaranteed savings every time you shop

Important:This fixed 10% saving does not apply to TradePoint cards requested directly in store.All cards must be requested via ELA to ensure the discount is correctly applied.

How to Use Your TradePoint Card

Once issued, your TradePoint membership card arrives pre‑loaded with the ELA 10% discount and is ready to use straight away.

You can use your card:

In any B&Q or TradePoint store
Online via the TradePoint website
Through the TradePoint app

To receive your discount in store, simply scan your membership card at the till when making your purchase. (You can ignore the generic message included with the card letter.)

Extra 10% Coupon Offer – March to April 2026

ELA members can currently benefit from an additional 10% coupon offer, on top of the fixed ELA discount.

Key details:

Offer period: Purchases made between 18 March and 18 April 2026
Extra savings: The fixed 10% ELA discount still applies in addition to the coupon
In‑store purchases: Coupons are printed at the end of your till receipt
Online/app purchases: Coupons are emailed within 48 hours (email opt‑in required)
Coupon use: Each coupon gives 10% off one transaction via the TradePoint app
Validity: Coupons can be used until 2 May 2026
Multiple purchases: You’ll receive a coupon for each qualifying transaction, but only one coupon can be redeemed at a time via the app
