With the abolition of Section 21 now in force, many landlords are understandably focused on learning the new possession grounds under Section 8. If you served a valid Section 21 notice before 1st May 2026 and still intend to rely on it to recover possession, you must ensure that your possession proceedings are issued to the court by 31st July 2026
